I am a postdoctoral researcher in cognitive robotics with experience in computer vision, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.  I recently defended my Ph.D. thesis entitled "Learning Basic Object Affordances in a Robotic System" under the supervision of prof. dr. Aleš Leonardis and doc. dr. Danijel Skočaj at the Visual Cognitive Systems Laboratory, Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.  I am currently working as a postdoctoral research assistant on various European projects under prof. dr. Aleš Ude at the Humanoid and Cognitive Robotics Laboratory, Department of Automation, Biocybernetics and Robotics at the Jožef Stefan Institute, Ljubljana, Slovenia.
